For our Hike offsite, I transformed our nine core cultural values from a dense document into minimal holographic stickers. Each sticker visually represented one value, making them meaningful, memorable, and personal. They became everyday reminders on laptops and phones, keeping our values present long after the event ended.

The stickers were a hit. People instantly connected with them, picking their favorites, sticking them on proudly. It made the values feel real and present without being pushed. What could have been just another offsite giveaway became something people genuinely liked and kept.
They became a quick onboarding swag for new hires, making it easier to understand our codes and culture within the first week. Post-event surveys showed 85% of employees could recall all Hike Codes, and new hire onboarding satisfaction scores rose by 20%. It was a small idea that helped our culture stick, literally and emotionally, long after the event.
